LA Hawksは、活動のすべてが保護者による自主運営とボランティで成り立っています。ご父兄の方はできるだけ積極的に活動にご協力いただけますようお願い申し上げます。特に低学年（U6）のご父兄の方はできるだけ練習にご参加いただけますようお願いいたします。サッカーの経験は不要です。また、練習前、練習後のゴールの組み立て、片付けなどにもご協力ください。

万一の場合を考え、保護者の方は、なるべく練習中および試合中はグラウンドを離れずご観戦ください。やむおえず、短時間離れる場合には必ずどなたかに後見を託してください。

LA Hawksは、あくまでサッカーを楽しむチームであり、クラブチームではありません。そのためできるだけすべての選手に試合の経験をと考えています。練習試合に際してコーチ陣はできるだけ公平に出場できるように選手の交代を行いますが、当日の参加選手の構成、グラウンドの状況、試合の流れなどによっては必ずしも理想どおりに選手交代が行えない場合があります。どうかご理解の上、選手交代の判断はコーチにおまかせ頂けますようお願いいたします。

トーナメントなどの公式試合の選手選抜にあたっては、以下の条件を考慮して行います。公式試合においては、それぞれの大会規約などにより登録選手数に制限があります。あらかじめご了承ください。

１）練習に熱心に参加していること

２）サッカー技術が優れていること

３）学年が上の選手

All activities of LA Hawks are governed and operated by the parents. Please involve by volunteering to help set-ups and clean-ups as much as possible. 

To ensure the safety of your own child and to allow the coach to focus on coaching the whole team, please REMAIN AT THE FIELD SIDE as much as possible. If you do have to leave briefly, designate another parent to be responsible for your child.

The team LA Hawks is a recreational team, not a club team.  Participating practices and experiencing actual games against other teams are very important for our players.  We want all the kids to have experience playing games. The coaches always consider playing time of each player during games, but please understand that the time might not be managed equally because of field conditions, game score, injuries, etc.
